Our History
The team at Compliance Centered Solutions has a combined history of 50+ years in industry, with expertise ranging from training, compliance, processes and technology. Our Team have experience working in Australia, New Zealand, China, Mali, Turkey and Papua New Guinea.

Our Team
Heather Munro
Managing Director
Heather believes that quality training not only delivers safer workers but increases productivity. She is committed to delivering better training and safety outcomes for workforces in resources and associated industries.
Heather is well known in Australian training circles with over 30 years’ experience in diverse roles including having founded and managed successful registered training organisations before launching a software product used throughout the resources industry. Her most recent role was CEO of the Resources Training Council.
Fiona Munro
Project Manager
Fiona comes from a Workforce and Training Compliance software background with a history of working with Mining and RTO customers. Prior to her time in Software she worked for RTO's servicing the Mining industry with clients across Australia.
Fiona is passionate about systems and processes making life (and compliance) easier whilst delivering high quality and successful outcomes.
Jim Munro
Senior Consultant
Jim has worked in the Training sector since 1996 and has developed training material and assessment tools for mining / drilling / civil construction clients.
Jim has delivered training services, training audits and training needs analysis for a number of companies across the Australian Resources Industry.
Jim is passionate about quality training in the industry and the impact it can have on safety, productivity and profit.
