Manage Projects
This program addresses the fundamental knowledge and skills required to effectively manage work based projects from developing the project scope and the key objectives to be achieved, through to understanding the importance of key project phases and ensuring that the project actually delivers outcomes within budget and on time. This workshop is ideal for participants who wish to develop key skills in project management.

- Introduction to effective project management
- Understanding the project life cycle
- Developing an effective project team
- Working through the key phases of a project including developing effective project plans; work breakdown structures; specifications; time-frames and costing details
- Monitoring and controlling work in progress and taking corrective action as necessary
