Lead & Develop Effective Teams
Team Leaders have an important leadership role in the development of efficient and effective work teams. They play a prominent role in team planning, supervising the performance of the team and developing team cohesion by providing leadership for the team and forming the bridge between the management of the organisation and the team members.
This 2 day workshop focuses on the following key areas:
- Planning to achieve team outcomes including team roles, responsibilities, goals and developing team plans.
- Developing a cohesive team through involvement and participation in the operational aspects of a work team.
- Implementing effective team activities and communication processes.

- Valuing and recognising team members contributions.
- Liaising with line management and the know how to manage upwards
