Achieving Work Life Balance
In today’s busy society, many of us are faced with competing time pressures that make it very difficult to achieve an effective work life balance. We typically expect that we should be able to manage our workloads in the face of resource shortages and time pressures, as well as maintaining a balanced home life with family and friends and equally important competing demands.
We can sometimes feel that our lives are “out of control” leading to frustration that not all aspects of our lives appear to be in harmony or balance. This workshop is aimed at those individuals who wish to regain control and take action by implementing techniques designed to make a difference on a daily basis, ultimately leading to a more balanced work life situation.
Key modules:
- Understanding & identifying current levels of time pressures both work & personal
- Analysing work patterns and identifying key trends
- Identifying key stressors and warning signs & symptoms
- Realistic goal setting – deciding what you would like to achieve from life
- Implementing key strategies designed to achieve work life balance including taking action at home and learning to relax
