I have participated in many training programmes over the last 3 or so years with Customer Contact Solutions and I have organised some training for others in our workplace.  All training that I have attended and/or organised has met my specific needs and where possible was tailored to our organisations needs.  I wouldn’t hesitate to use CCS for any further training needs.
