Kristen has been a member of the administration team at Customer Contact Solutions since February, 2008.

Kristen has held various administration positions throughout her career. Her first was with a major bank in New Zealand as a Customer Relations Officer and then progressed on to Payroll and Human Resource positions with NZ Forest Products for a period of ten years. She has also been employed by Nestle NZ Ltd for five years in which she dealt with the Payroll and Superannuation for all wages and salaried employees.

She has worked as a sole-charge office administrator for two small businesses in the south of Brisbane where she has helped implement changes that have bought about more efficient practices in the office environment and better customer service.

She enjoys working in an environment that is stimulating and people orientated. Kristen has a genuine interest in ensuring that all the clients that she deals with on a day to day basis receive the best possible service.
