Dr June Dunleavy is the founder and Managing Director of Customer Contact Solutions which celebrates its 10th year in business this April, 2009. She is passionate about developing people and businesses through simply the best business and people improvement strategies possible.
She has developed extensive customer service and management experience over the last 20 years, conducting many public and in-house training courses for leading edge organisations ranging from sales and marketing, customer service to management and people skills. Dr June also facilitates a wide range of consultancy services that put her at the forefront of leading edge business practices.
She has also lectured extensively at Queensland Universities at both the under-graduate and post graduate levels for over 10 years spanning 3 different Universities in Queensland. She currently conducts many customer service workshops for a number of leading blue chip organisations throughout Australia.
June’s practical, hands-on business and training experience is why she is recognised as one of Australia’s leading trainers, business analysts and human resource management specialists within the industry.
